Lake Michigan is absolutely gorgeous. I love a good zoo but too much walking for me. Detroit zoo has a train that I take to save steps. I never knew there was a spam museum but it was so interesting so I bet you had fun at the bobble head museum

My sister Mary had a colonoscopy and endoscopy same time too. She was glad to get it done at the same time

If you go back to the Milwaukee County Zoo, they have electric carts you can reserve. So much more enjoyable. I have used them.

Oh wow, they did your endoscopy and colonoscopy were done the same day??? They made me do mine two different days. And the prep.....I can't deal with that! It was horrible. I didn't mind not eating...and I didn't mind the bathroom trips...but drinking the nasty stuff was the pits!

Best to take outside and dump whole bag of potatoes outside or any rotten veggies or fruit and dump on ground to sort. Can then take a bucket and place all good potatoes in bucket of water and wash them outside. And then lay out on old newspaper to dry them before bringing them back inside...Of course good ones....HaHaHa. Those sticky fly strips you hang up work great to get rid of aggravating bugs like that. Then can throw away whole strip. Cinnamon sticks are supposed to work great placing them in fruit bowl to keep fruit flies away. I have to have colonoscopy now every 3 years being I have had past polyps, and my paternal grandmother had colon cancer. Wishing best for your colonoscopy results. And also, your hand health. Wanted to pass on some neat information I thought you might enjoy. NIH/National Institute of Health Website has some wonderful free publications they offer to anyone interested in ordering from website publication list. They mail them directly to your home address free shipping. Lots of great publications on health topics and nutritional publications too. Sully !! Eeeewwwww !! I had that happen to bananas, that was horrible smell too. I cannot spray anything, bc of my sensitivities . My tests said, kidneys & bladder ok, but, uterus lining is a little thickened, so, she's sending me to get that checked , gynecologist.waiting for appt.. Yes, i remember u telling us. & then, i remembered when i just saw an egg. Glad u are doing well on it. 8 lbs, awesome !! Happy Amy is with you . I am lucky, i can eat beans for protein. & tofu. You just reminded me of something, that happened over 20 yrs ago. I had oxygen for some unremembered reason & for a while my sensitivities went away !! My uncle was on oxygen & smoked with it , we were always afraid !! tfs xo

I was Vegan for 2 years. Faithfully. I started losing muscle strength. After returning to a regular diet I still have not gained my strength back. I’m so sad about it. I really wanted to do it , but my health suffered.

LOVE YOUR HAIR !!!!your diet sounds like you’re doing well ! I’m terrified of getting my knees replaced … had cortisone injection helps a bit but got to go back for the other knee which is worse . Hoping it works for that one. I really want to put mine off for a year … I got one of the peddler things under the desk kind of recumbent bike but you sit in your own chair … walking I can do around the house . Outside of the house I use a cane … stairs are the hardest . I’m looking forward to your vids on your knee surgery !! I’ve read crocs for after surgery I’m not a fan so I’m thinking just a wider sneaker . A walker is slanotherbthing I’ve read you’ll need for a couple weeks . I got a brand new one at Salvation Army … I refuse to touch it yet though waiting for the after surgery ! Glad sully is doing well . Take good care !!!! Soooo happy you got yo see family !!!!!!

Hey Lainey, good seeing you again. I LIKE your hair do !! But, i don't think there is any rule, that says older women can't/shouldn't have their hair long. esp beautiful hair like yours. Glad everyone is ok, what a NICE surprise, your son & fam. Enjoy your week with them, 3 yrs is a long time. You already know what worked for me, & still working for me. I eat 1390-1480 calories to lost & maintain . Oatmeal looked good, i always forget to make/eat some.I sure would be scared on that jumping gadget with your leg/knee/feet problems. take care hun & tfs . xoxo

So nice to see you back. Your haircut is cute, I was shocked you cut it. I hope your knee surgery goes well. My advice is go to physio, don't rush the healing process, stay in the hospital for rehab if you can, get a transfer bench for the shower and a raised toilet seat. They helped my mom a lot.

Saw on Sandy’s comments you are having a knee replacement !!! Please do some vids On it. I have to have both knees done… bone on bone arthritis .. I am PETRIFIED!!! I’m hoping to wait till end of next summer … got injections and they helped a lot… I hope you see this message !!!
